Under the leadership of chef Chechu González, CAUCE’s haute cuisine proposal is built on three pillars: sauces as the centerpiece of every dish, acidity for balance, and Granada as the common thread running through the entire menu. Local produce from the Vega de Granada, sourced from our own vegetable garden in the historic Alquería Alitaje. A place where the formality of the dress code is balanced by the warmth of attentive service, with options for coeliacs and dietary intolerances always available. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Advanced reservation required
