Chechu González trained at the Hurtado de Mendoza Hospitality School in his native Granada and completed his training at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián. His time in some of Spain’s finest kitchens provided him with experience, knowledge, and valuable friendships.

Weddings among Nazarí walls, baptisms in a carmen of the Albaicín, pre-weddings in the heart of a neighborhood declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Each event is an exclusive commission, designed with the same attention to detail that defines each room of the palace, in a unique and unrepeatable place in which to celebrate equally unique moments.
